Delete your Our Place account

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app. It takes less than a minute.

In the app

1. Open Our Place and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Scroll down, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

What happens to your data

• Your account, email address and profile are deleted immediately.
• Your secret wishlist items are deleted too.
• The content of your shared space – tasks, lists, events, expenses – stays available to your partner. If you were the last member, the whole space and all its content are deleted.
• Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days.
• A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account – cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

Can’t open the app?

Write to support@ourplace.company from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete only some data

You can delete any task, event, expense or list item in the app yourself, at any time, without deleting your account.
