Our Place

Terms of use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. The service

Our Place is an app for couples to organise tasks, calendar, budget and shared lists. It is provided by Grigory Lebedev, Cotheniusstr. 20, 10407 Berlin, Germany (contact: support@ourplace.company). The basic version is free. Additional features are available with Our Place Premium (section 5).

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Use one account per person, give a valid email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your shared space

You can create a shared space and invite one partner with an invite code. Both members can see and edit everything in the space. If you leave the space or delete your account, the content stays with your partner; if nobody is left, it is deleted.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add. You give us only the rights needed to store and show it to you and your partner. Do not use the app for unlawful content or to harm others.

5. Premium

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account; the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or change it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting your Our Place account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules; your statutory rights remain unaffected. Premium applies to the shared space of the person who subscribed: while you share a space, your partner can use Premium too. If you leave the space, Premium goes with you. When Premium ends, your data stays; only the Premium features stop.

6. Availability and backups

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. You can export your data at any time in Settings.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Ending the use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms with reasonable notice in the app. German law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
